Artist Statement

I was born an artist; my purpose in life is to create. 

As I grow, I survey themes new to me, while also sticking to those I have always known. One thing that has stayed consistent is my being a female. 

In my works, I have started to define my becoming a woman — who I am, what I mean, and what I want to be. While doing so, I also incorporate childhood aspects, letting my younger self know that she is important and she is seen. Combining girlhood and womanhood is a magical experience and a way of self-love — nurturing both sides of someone often neglected in society.

I explore all the mentioned components in my art — no detail is left out. Each piece will tell you a story, if you let them.
